I was born and grew up in Norway and currently live in the Philippines and London, UK - depending on time of year, mood and other things... I have been a software developer and customer facing project manager for more than a decade and my translations will reflect that. I would be a good choice for you if you would like your software to communicate with people in a realistic language commonly used by normal people. I will do open source translations on my spare time for free (subject to my current workload and whether I want to do it). I'm generally not interested in commercial projects. In any case, please let me know as much as possible about your target users. This is important so the language will fit theirs as much as possible.
