Can't Upload Translation File

Dear admin,

I’m working on a project called ‘UserVoice’ as the French translator. I’ve downloaded the .POT file, worked on it, but can’t upload it.

I click on upload, select the file, and click OK, etc. But I keep getting this error message:
“Failed to upload tanslations for locale fr
”

Any help would be appreciated.
